Virginia Pride’s outdoor program serves athletes from their first structured practices through higher-level competition. Recreational athletes build skills and confidence, while competitive athletes train toward more demanding meets.

Spring 2026 recreational team
A welcoming first team experience.
The Spring 2026 Recreational Team is for beginner-level athletes, returning athletes still developing technically, and families looking for a lower-commitment, high-energy path. The published $500 fee includes the March-May season, coaching, several local meets, a practice shirt, team support and an end-of-season celebration.
- Two training days per week
- Local scrimmages and youth-friendly competitions
- Mechanics, event fundamentals, encouragement and sportsmanship
- A potential pathway to future Elite Team opportunities
