Winter Track Parent Information Zoom Meeting
Current and prospective Virginia Pride Track & Field Club families are invited to learn about the winter program and ask questions before the season begins.
We’ll cover age groups, experience levels and program expectations; practice days, times and planned locations; anticipated meets and participation; indoor and outdoor training; and family Q&A.
Winter training reminder: Athletes will train both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting, with safety as a priority. Please plan for appropriate cold-weather training attire.
