Cross-country conditioning
Build the foundation for fall.
The summer conditioning program is designed for ages 7-18, from newer distance runners to athletes preparing for a competitive fall season.

Summer options
Train with a purpose.
- Cross-country conditioning: endurance, hills, pacing, running mechanics, strength and mobility.
- Summer team: an option for middle-school and high-school athletes who want to continue training and competing after their school season.
- Summer camp conditioning: a June 15 through July 31 schedule for ages 7-18, with Gainesville and Aldie sessions and a published $250 registration fee.
Meet the summer coaches
Jonathan Cobb competed in cross country and track at the University of Lynchburg, specializing in the 5,000m and 10,000m, with NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championship qualifications, All-Region honors, a conference title and All-Conference awards.
Justin Park is a former Virginia Pride athlete and University of Lynchburg distance runner who competed in the 800m and 1500m.
